Terms of Service
By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from Perfections Body Sculpt, clients agree to follow the appointment policies, cancellation requirements, payment terms, treatment preparation instructions, and aftercare guidance provided by the Perfections team.
Treatment Consultation
A consultation may be required before treatment so the team can review goals, candidacy, treatment areas, expected experience, package options, and any service-specific requirements.
Results Vary
Body contouring, facial, skin tightening, EMS, laser lipo and non-invasive BBL results vary by client, treatment plan, lifestyle, candidacy, and consistency.
Payment and Financing
Payment is due according to the selected service, package, membership or financing option. Financing approval and payment terms are handled by the financing provider.
Service Changes
Perfections Body Sculpt may update services, pricing, specials, policies, forms, and availability as needed.

Appointments only – no walk-ins. Please call to schedule, and if we miss your call, leave a message. Calls are returned within 24 hours, and text messages usually receive a faster response.
24-Hour Notice Required
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-Show Fee
Appointments cancelled or missed without 24-hour notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee.
Children at Appointments
We kindly ask that children not attend appointments.
